Guiffreda-Tyler

Erin Elizabeth Tyler and Anthony Robert Guiffreda exchanged wedding vows on June 20, 2015, at Saint James Roman Catholic Church, Jamestown, N.Y. The Rev Raymond A.J. Donohue celebrated the ceremony. Music was provided by Cathy Gagliano, pianist, Jamie Lee Bonfiglio-Davis and Daniel J. Tyler Sr., vocalists, Ylsa Guiffre, guitarist, and Angelo Guiffre and Bill Eckstrom, trumpeter/guitarist. Readings were by Natalie Swanson, sister of the groom, Laurie Sicard, sister of the groom, and Amanda Tyler, sister-in-law of the bride.

The bride is the daughter of Deacon Daniel J. Tyler Sr. and Ellen V. Tyler of Bemus Point, and the granddaughter of Adele Nickerson and the late Ernest Nickerson and the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel T. Tyler. Her husband is the son of Cindy Guiffreda of Fredonia and the late Robert S. Guiffreda, and the grandson of Nancy McCann of Levonia, Ga., and the late Tom McCann and Marian Guiffreda of Jamestown, N.Y., and the late Salvatore Guiffreda.

The bride wore a white satin and chiffon fit-and-flare Mori Lee grown with a sweetheart neckline, beaded bodice, buttons down the back with a full skirt embroidered lace appliques, beading and a chapel train.

Gretchen Schauman, friend of the bride, was matron of honor. Taralyn Sample was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Amanda Aipoalani, Britta Van Akin and Kerri Ahlbin. Junior bridesmaid was Meghan Pauley, niece of the bride. Flower girl was Josephine Swanson, niece of the groom.

Best man was Ryan Eggleston. Groomsmen were Matt Sicard and Patrick Swanson, both brothers-in-law of the groom, Jeremy Drake and Andrew Fish. Ring bearer was Louis Sicard, nephew of the groom.

Master and mistress of ceremonies were Dennis and Paula Shively.

The bride is a graduate of Maple Grove High School and Edinboro University. She is employed as a substitute teacher. Her husband is a graduate of Panama High School, the State College at Brockport and Canisius College. He is employed by Nestle Purina, as a quality assurance analyst.

They honeymooned in Kauai, Hawaii.

They are residing in Bemus Point, N.Y.
